The perfect candidate should possess a deep passion for working with children and demonstrate a strong desire to collaborate with a team of Speech and Occupational Therapists. They should exhibit exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, excellent writing proficiency, self-motivation, and a keen interest in continually developing their professional skills to better serve clients and enhance their skill sets for the overall well-being of the clinic's patients.

Candidates must-
- Have a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license in CA (new grads applying for licensure after graduation encouraged to apply!)
- Pass a background check and pre-employment process
- Have reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
