CT Technologist

Responsibilities:
- Assists radiologist or other physician performing examinations; prepares and positions patients for display of body area to be studied; positions machine; adjusts controls to produce products of required diagnostic quality.
- Operate CT scanners safely and accurately, selecting appropriate scan parameters for different medical conditions.
- Provide excellent patient care and safety, administering contrast agents when required and monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Evaluate CT images for diagnostic quality, maintain organized patient records, and assist with equipment maintenance and quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Radiologic Technologist certification through the Washington State Department of Health.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- At least one year of RT experience, preferred.
- BLS certification.
