SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) (Full Time)
Location: Emporia, Kansas
Mathis Rehab Centers and Newman Regional Health Hospital serve the Emporia, KS area and surrounding communities. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll lead patients on the road to recovery. You will serve patients who are on a journey to life-changing healing! We are looking for a therapist who strives to help their patients enjoy an improved quality of life after treatment. Your schedule provides the flexibility and autonomy to deliver patients high-quality care! This position will treat in our brand new outpatient clinic and our inpatient side. This offers an exceptional experience for treatment variety! Sign-on bonus offered! New grads are welcome and supported with a mentor program! Will provide CCC Supervision if needed!
Job Duties:
- Provide Speech Language Pathology consultation and services to our patients
- Educate patients and caregivers of safe rehabilitation practices
- Complete your weekly documentation using the latest WebPT EMR
- Comply with all state and federal guidelines for SLP
Educational Requirements and Licensing or Other Special Certifications Required:
Graduate of an approved Speech-Language & Hearing Pathology program and is eligible for a certificate of clinical competence in Speech-Language and Audiology granted by the ASHA.
Physical Therapist Required Qualifications:
A Kansas SLP license or eligible for licensing.
CCC (will provide supervision if needed).
