An award-winning medical center in Southern Arizona is actively seeking a Pediatric Services Nurse Manager to join their team! This nurse leader will have dual oversight of two fast-paced pediatric inpatient units within this highly regarded community hospital.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Women's and Children's Services, the RN Manager Pediatrics and PICU will manage two pediatric inpatient units, including the General Peds Unit and PICU Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, totaling nearly 50 inpatient beds. The RN Manager Pediatric Service Line will have the wonderful opportunity to oversee a highly skilled and certified team of RNs, Techs, PCAs, and Unit Secretaries, ensuring cohesion among both units and working to establish an environment of collaboration, positive communication, and family-centered care.
About you: This team is seeking an experienced pediatric or PICU nurse leader with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN), Active Arizona State RN License, along with 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in Pediatrics, PICU, and/or Pediatric Emergency Services.
