Fujifilm ENDOSCOPY Clinical Specialist (PITTSBURG)
Location: Charleston, West Virginia
Job Title: Clinical Specialist, ESD
Job Purpose: This position reports directly to the National Director, Clinical Sales and serves as the primary sales support resource for the Company and its sales team. The Clinical Specialist is responsible for supporting the achievement of sales for both traditional and specialty products (i.e., DBE, EUS) and provides education and training to Company personnel, customers, and sales partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving sales revenue inside the regional territory as directed.
- Assist in driving sales revenue outside of the primary regional territory as required.
- Support the clinical demonstration process by direct sales personnel or sales partners.
- Lead the pre-demonstration process to ensure successful clinical demonstrations.
- Act as a primary driver for sales of the Double Balloon Endoscopy (DBE) product line.
- Provide training to customers on the proper use of equipment in clinical settings.
- Develop educational materials for customers, sales team, and internal support personnel.
- Support the training of new field sales and support personnel when requested.
- Serve as field-based experts on proper reprocessing techniques.
- Support VIP customers as directed.
- Provide reports to management as directed.
- Maintain customer data for future database integration.
- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Comply with all applicable U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements and standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field sales or clinical experience desired. Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy is preferred.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
Special Skills:
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
- Effective time management and budget management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to write reports and relay information accurately and timely.
- Ability to prioritize customer requirements and speak in front of small groups.
- Ability to understand basic mathematical requirements for discount calculation.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to use hands and fingers to manipulate items.
- Ability to stand, talk, and hear.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs.
- Close Vision: Ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.
Travel: Occasional (up to 75%) travel may be required based on business need.
Salary and Benefits:
$70,000-$75,000 (depending on experience) + a $49,500 variable bonus opportunity
