RN Clinic Lead—Mansfield Clinic
We are currently seeking a full-time RN Clinic Lead to join our nursing team at our Mansfield clinic. The successful candidate will help to coordinate day-to-day medical clinic operations, including clinical support, schedules, specialty referrals, medication administration, and management of clinical nursing staff to ensure the highest degree of satisfaction and exceptional delivery of patient care. We offer the option of a 4- or 5-day work week for flexibility.
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to think independently, and act decisively when needed. Candidates must hold current licensure, have a solid understanding of medical procedures, and the ability to adhere to strict hygiene standards. A willingness to travel to other clinic locations is required.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside staff in direct patient care.
- Serve as main point of contact for the clinic.
- Work with team leaders to ensure efficient patient flow and communication within the clinic.
- Manage scheduling, participate in hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary action of nursing staff.
- Planning, developing, and organizing various nurse trainings, meetings, and service activities for the medical clinic.
- Guide staff participation in continuing quality improvement processes.
- Oversee proper inventory control.
- Oversee adherence to CLIA and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required.
- Unrestricted RN licensure in the State of Missouri, required.
- Three years ambulatory care and two years supervisory experience, preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Organization skills, time management, professional demeanor, and positive attitude a must.
- CPR (BLS) certification preferred.
- Candidates must pass a drug/alcohol screening before employment can begin.
