Description of Position
Franklin Hospital is seeking applicants for a Full-time RN or LPN to perform case management/utilization review services in the Med/Surg department, according to established guidelines and procedures. The position may also have the opportunity to provide nursing care in the Med/Surg department as needed. Day Shift, M-F, eligible for fringe benefits.
Qualifications
Position requires 5 years Med/Surg experience, 1 year of case management/utilization review experience, a current State of Illinois RN or LPN license, along with BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications. Certifications are required within 6 months of employment. The position also requires strong customer service, communication, organizational, teamwork, and computer skills.
