About You
We’re looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. If you meet the following key requirements, we want to hear from you!
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet time frames, whilst working under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, industrial agreements, standards, codes, ethics, competency standards and of Quality Improvement Systems as applied to a healthcare setting.
The applicant applying for RN/M2 will also need to be a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience and have experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
