SCHEDULE: 40 hours Monday – Friday, 8-4:30pm
Pays $77,417.60, annually DOE

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
The Clinical Supervisor, Crisis leads and supports the Crisis Team within the Housing Clinical Services department. The Crisis Team is made up of three (3) Crisis Clinicians and one overnight Crisis Support Worker. The Crisis Clinicians operate like an embedded Crisis Team – responding to psychiatric emergencies, consulting on behavioral dysregulation, providing psychoeducation groups, and implementing Grief/Bereavement support as needed. The Supervisor role will help improve utilization rates of the crisis services across the Supportive Housing Department.
The Clinical Supervisor, Crisis will triage Crisis Referrals as received by the Supportive Housing Department, to best promote behavioral health stability within housing. The Clinical Supervisor, Crisis will encourage the implementation of appropriate measures and assessments when clinicians are responding to a referral (i.e. Columbia Screening, etc.). The Clinical Supervisor, Crisis will need to be a team player and collaborate with other departments within the Supportive Housing Department and Specialized Housing. In addition, the Supervisor assists the Associate Director, Housing Clinicians in the development and completion of mandated reports and grant/funders, as well as developing and maintaining positive relationships with partner agencies.
The Clinical Supervisor, Crisis provides leadership and guidance in crises by participating in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
- Licensed in Massachusetts as a LICSW, LMHC, or Clinical Psychologist, or eligible for independent licensure upon hire with license attained within the first 6 months of employment.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
REQUIRED:
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field (i.e. social work, clinical psychology, education, nursing).
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical supervisory experience.
- Experience working within a crisis team (i.e. triage, clinician, etc.).
- Experience working with individuals experiencing substance abuse, mental illness, trauma, homelessness and/or other complex disorders.
- Ability to conduct clinical assessment and diagnosis for mental health and substance use disorders, as well as providing treatment recommendations.
- Clinical skills and competence to offer education around substance use, trauma, co-occurring disorders, mental illness diagnoses, and emotional and mental health generally.
- Experience in community based social services.
- Experience in data gathering, documentation, reporting, across multiple web based platforms.
PREFERRED:
- Experience working with chronically homeless, medically vulnerable individuals, with tri-morbidities (mental illness, substance abuse, medically compromised).
- Strong commitment to the Housing First and Harm Reduction approach.
- Bilingual Spanish/English.
