Atrium Health Levine Children's Brenner Children's Hospital is the pediatric hospital within Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Brenner is staffed by over 150 full-time pediatric faculty with members representing over 30 pediatric subspecialties. In addition, Brenner Children's is staffed by physicians representing all pediatric surgical specialties.

What You'll Need:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- One year of RN experience; pediatric nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire for Adult Critical Care, Adult ED
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire for Network ED, Peds ED, PICU and NICU, and other areas per unit guidelines

As a Registered Nurse, you will be the key architect of tailored care plans for patients school age to 21 years old. Your expertise in anatomy, education, and psycho-social aspects ensures top-notch care while prioritizing safety, education, and rest. - Provide patient-centered care, utilizing the nursing process to address physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs, while adhering to WFBMC policies.
- Maintain a safe and healing environment, respecting patient privacy and demonstrating professional conduct.
- Harness technology and equipment for enhanced patient and staff safety.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and throughout the care continuum.
- Engage in professional practice, participating in shared governance, adhering to care standards, and promoting clinical excellence.
- Competently perform and manage point-of-care testing, complying with regulations.
- Act as a patient advocate in all care settings, including the community.
- Coordinate the delivery of patient care services efficiently, identifying clinical priorities to improve outcomes.
