We are currently seeking a committed Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Care team at our Moran Stockton home, reporting to the Care Manager.
As a member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to achieve a high standard of care and service delivery to our residents.
You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, complex care oversight, and ensuring high quality and safe professional and specialist nursing services are provided to all residents by the Care Team. You will participate in clinical governance activities, including planning and implementing clinical priorities.
You will be supported by a dynamic local and corporate leadership team and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role and further develop your skills. Moran offers a rewarding work environment with modern facilities and equipment.

About the Role
- A broad and varied role, member of facility Leadership team
- Supervise nursing care, services and clinical staff
- Oversee specialised nursing care needs and high impact high prevalent risks
- Monitor the delivery of care is consistent with the care plan and goals
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship and support ongoing clinical education
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and health professionals
- Support a culture of best practice, practice evaluation and achievement of clinical outcomes
About You
- Registered Nurse with at least 2-3 years aged care clinical experience;
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge of the Quality Standards for Aged Care
- Excellent and demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge and ability to use computers and technology efficiently.
- Management qualifications (or working towards) – highly regarded
- Desire to progress to more senior clinical or management roles
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
