Job Description
Administer medications in an accurate and timely manner to residents in accordance with physician’s orders. Provide emergency care to residents when necessary. Requisition adequate medications and supplies to administer medications in a timely manner. Supervise other employees in caring for residents. Monitor and document effectiveness of treatment and medication. Maintain a courteous and professional appearance at all times. Follow facility policy and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Current LPN License/CPR Certification
Position Requirements:
Professional, friendly, dependable, and punctual individuals with a current LPN license. Candidates for this position will possess knowledge of computer documentation as well as writing documentation skills. Administer medication and treatments to residents as ordered by a physician or qualified practitioner. Supervise CNAs in caring for residents. Complete and document comprehensive assessments of residents' needs as related to medication administration.
Proof of COVID Vaccination is required to be eligible for this position.
