Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Loganville, GA. As an Associate Veterinarian at Walton Gwinnett Animal Clinic, you will provide high-quality medical care to our patients and support our mission to keep pets healthy and happy.
Walton Gwinnett Animal Clinic has proudly served the communities of Snellville, Lawrenceville, Monroe, Conyers, Lilburn, Redan, Winder, and Covington, Georgia since 1991. We are a three-veterinarian practice dedicated to providing top-notch veterinary care for cats, dogs, and small animals. Our well-equipped clinic features several exam rooms, two surgical rooms, a digital x-ray room, and comprehensive in-house laboratory and pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Clinical Care: Perform examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans for a wide range of cases.
- Surgical Procedures: Conduct soft-tissue surgeries and other necessary procedures with precision and care.
- Client Communication: Educate and consult with pet owners on health, nutrition, and preventive care, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their pets' treatment plans.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of veterinarians and support staff to provide excellent care and maintain a positive work environment.
- Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest veterinary advancements and integrate new techniques into practice.
- Degree: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid veterinary license in Georgia or be eligible for licensure.
- Experience: Previous experience in a veterinary practice is preferred, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to animal care.
