Supervisory Counseling Psychologist
About the Position: This position is located in the Psychology Services Department in the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

Responsibilities
Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Document case records consistent with clinical standards of care.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
- Apply professional knowledge of intensive outpatient programs and rehabilitation program concepts, principles, procedures, and practices to difficult and complex case assignments.
- Supervise military personnel, federal civilian employees, and oversee contractor performance assigned to the Clinic.
- Accomplish reviews for improvement of performance to ensure the most effective and efficient operation. Instruct on new and existing policies and procedures and assist in interpreting and applying regulatory guidance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
