The hours for this role are Saturday and Sunday, 11 PM to 7 AM. The pay rate ranges from $21 to $22 per hour, depending on your experience.
The Job
Reporting to the Program Administrator, you will join a team of about 10 Psychiatric Technicians and be responsible for providing rehabilitative support regarding the care of a co-occurring population. You'll ensure that clients and staff have what they need to follow the lead of the Clinical Director and Program Director.
Your Qualifications
To be a good fit for the Psychiatric Technician opportunity, you will have:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Experience in roles involving interacting with people; experience in mental health care and/or social services is preferred but not required.
- Compassion and a genuine desire to work with the population served.
- A collaborative, patient and understanding approach along with a willingness to be assertive as necessary.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- A valid California driver's license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR) in accordance with our company standards.
