This position leverages strong analytical skills to advance business objectives by studying functions, gathering information, and evaluating data requirements and formats. The position involves collaborating with customer account managers and external clients on customer-specific initiatives and integration development. Responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of all data and content, creating reports, delivering interpretive analysis, and meeting customer objectives and needs. You will be looked at to collaborate and find creative ways to drive automation and efficiency. This position supports the organization’s clients and systems by utilizing your skills to search and analyze data for effective, data-driven decisions, primarily for third-party administrators and pharmacy clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with business intelligence tools and databases, be highly detail-oriented while understanding the big picture, and possess knowledge of pharmacy claims. Strong business awareness, superior communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset are essential for thriving in our collaborative organization.
This is a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office weekly in Midvale, UT.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
Lead our Client Services team to success through a framework of continuous sustainable improvement by understanding the business value chain and identifying business needs, process gaps, opportunities for improvement, and providing outstanding client communication. You will focus on supporting the business with our clients to ensure data and processes are running at optimal performance and with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and goals from various stakeholders.
- Analyze and prepare data through SQL queries, Excel extracts, Data Warehouse, and other various tools to share with relevant parties.
- Interpret the data to provide meaningful answers or recommendations in a timely and actionable manner.
- Answer clients’ questions and concerns using exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
- Log and track client related tasks and follow-ups.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for clients on our systems and or data flow.
- Serve as a liaison between external clients and our technology teams.
- Assist Client Account Managers with various aspects of managing Administrator relationships.
- Assist with tasks related to new program implementations and or conversions.
- Be responsible for the creation and monitoring of Performance Metrics.
- Write report technical specs, communicate them, and monitor in production.
- Lead to completion small projects or initiatives.
- Perform Quarterly data and process audits as required.
- Perform other duties as needed.

You’ll need:
- A bachelor’s in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and some experience in business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education and experience may suffice.
- Experience with 340B or Healthcare needed.
- Intermediate experience in SQL Query, Power BI, and Excel.
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices, waterfall and agile SDLC processes.
- Outstanding adaptability to changing priorities and conditions.

Salary range (depending on experience): $75,000-$95,000
