We are looking for a full time Lead Veterinarian to join our team in Greer, SC. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and experience in a clinical setting. The Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for providing medical care to animals, overseeing the work of other veterinary staff, and developing and implementing treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to animals
- Oversee the work of other veterinary staff
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain patient records
- Communicate with clients about their pets' health
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform surgery
- Interpret laboratory results
- Order and manage supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications:
- DVM degree
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
