Description
We are looking for a dental hygienist to join our team in Louisville who is detail-oriented, has wonderful bedside manner, and can provide an individualized experience to each of our patients.
Our hygienists have the autonomy to prescribe their own periodontal treatments. Assisted hygiene may be needed on days when other hygienists are out of the office, and our skilled assistant team is there to support you.
Dental Aid is unique as we qualify for student loan forgiveness for our dentists and hygienists with a 2-year commitment:
- $12,000 typically working 4 days per week
- $8,000 typically working 3 days per week
- $6,000 typically working 2 days per week
Our hygienists enjoy the opportunity to earn commission on top of hourly pay each payroll. Our hygiene commission structure is as follows:
(Hourly rate x 2) minus (Net Production for time period) = Commission (25% of remaining production)
