As a LPN at Prestige, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of nursing services to residents, charting in our EMR system, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to best serve our residents while maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment.

Needed Education & Experience to be a LPN at Prestige:

An active LPN Certificate in the state you wish to practice
Ability to communicate effectively, in English, with residents, visitors, and staff

Prestige Post-Acute and Rehab Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located at 1050 Mountain View Ave, Ellensburg, WA, just a few short blocks away from downtown, Kittitas Valley Community Hospital and Mountain View Park.

The inter-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and healthcare technicians are experts in providing a full range of services. We can adapt these services to each patient and their personal circumstances. Our dedicated staff and providers help to measure recovery journeys every step of the way to make sure you or your loved one is receiving the right level of care, and to assist in helping individuals return home with an active, independent lifestyle.

Our 3,000 square foot therapy gym and our proven rehabilitation programs combine advanced therapy techniques and equipment to help patients regain a full range of functional abilities to aid in a speedy recovery.

Summary of Benefits:

Full-time team members are eligible for Prestige’s comprehensive benefit package including choice of medical plans, HSA/FSA accounts, dental and vision insurance, and company paid life and AD&D insurance. All team members are eligible to participate in the company’s retirement plans with a company match for those who meet the hours and service requirements. Additional benefits include Employee Assistance Program and Education Reimbursement program.

Full-time and Part-Time team members (over 20 hours/week) accrue PTO at rate of 0.0423/hour during their first year.
