Our Flex Staffing unit is a new concept to support core units in our facilities (Med Surg, Step Down, ICU, and Telemetry) with the intention of you moving to a facility based unit within the first year.

Our Med Surg Units encompass over 239 beds with an average 1:4 or 1:5 Nurse:Patient ratio.
Our Telemetry Units encompass over 197 beds with an average 1:3 or 1:4 Nurse:Patient ratio.
Our ICU Stepdown Unit encompass 12 beds with an average 1:3 Nurse:Patient ratio.
Our ICU Units encompass 60 beds with an average 1:1 or 1:2 Nurse:Patient ratio.
It’s a team environment and we’re looking for self-driven, highly-detailed nurses who communicate well.
Qualifications
Experience and education minimum requirements
· Graduate of approved nursing program required.
· 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
Licenses and certifications
· RN, current State of California Registered Nurse license required.
