Job Description
Middlebury, Vermont: We have an exciting new opportunity for a confident Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an award-winning hospital in this beautiful college town 50 minutes south of Burlington. You will work as a “Floater,” spending days covering shifts across three outpatient primary care practices, seeing patients of all ages for well-visits in addition to those who are ailing or need ongoing care for chronic conditions. This is a full-time position with a convenient weekday schedule.
In this unique role, you will provide advanced level triage and will support the practice’s growth in telemedicine using e-visits/asynchronous visits. As such, strong communication skills are a must. Call is shared across many members of the primary care staff, and you will participate about one weekend every other month and one weekday per month.
