In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Utilize data throughout the pipeline, including data mining, management, statistical analysis, and presentation
- Assist in performing data analysis, integration, and interpretation of experimental data in the tumor microenvironment
- Develop and apply bioinformatics software and computational tools
- Collaborate with team members to address data processing challenges and provide custom solutions
- Assist in developing prototype algorithms, analyzing data, and presenting results
- Customize software applications according to project needs and develop new procedures
- Investigate and recommend emerging data analysis tools and technologies
- Conduct literature research and provide data for publications, presentations, and grants
- Prepare data for presentations, reports, and other internal and external documents
