OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Peterson Farms Clinic located in Shelby, Michigan.

Trinity Health has partnered with Peterson Farms to establish an on-site clinic at their location to service Occupational Health and Urgent Care needs for their employees and dependents (Ages 3 and up) to promote health and safety in the workplace.

Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Shelby Hospital
Schedule is Tuesday-Friday, 9:30am-4:00pm and Saturday 8:30am-2:00pm
Provider will focus on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries and acute illnesses
The ideal candidate will have a strong background working within the Occupational Health/Urgent Care setting
Must be comfortable working independently - will have 1 Medical Assistant
Provider will be playing a crucial role in improving the health and well-being of an underserved population
No on-call requirement

Qualifications:

Experience required
Must be bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred
DOT certification now or shortly after employment
APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment
State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
DEA license
BLS Certification and maintain recertification.
