The Patient and Family Experience Advisor role falls under the quality department, whose mission is to ensure that our patients receive the best quality of care and that all safety protocols are in place.
Responsibilities:
- Round and interview patients in their rooms, focusing on the quality of care they have been receiving.
- Address patient concerns, complete basic safety checks, assess room cleanliness, and evaluate their overall hospital experience.
- Provide excellent customer service to each patient and address any concerns in real time.
- Work closely with nursing staff, case managers, and leadership to advocate for patients and their families.
- Collaborate with all areas of hospital staff to ensure a positive patient stay.
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in a service excellence environment.
