About Us:
Become part of a vibrant Imaging Services Department that performs approximately 80,000 exams annually, offering a wide range of services including CT Scans, MRIs, PET Scans, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and digital X-Rays. Our department supports Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Departments, providing essential healthcare services.
Position Overview:
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will:
- Use x-ray energy and computer processing techniques for diagnosis or treatment.
- Perform computed tomography and related procedures to produce sectional anatomical images.
- Exercise professional judgment while maintaining a demeanor that aligns with medical ethics.
- Provide patient care and recognize conditions critical for the successful completion of procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent (approved by ARRT)
- Experience: One year of practical experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Certifications/Licenses: ARRT registration within 90 days post-graduation, CT certification with AART within 12 months of hire, and BLS certification through AHA required
