Pet Parent Experience Associate - Clinic
Sploot is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care, and we’re looking for ROCK STAR Pet Parent Experience Associates to join our team, and help us provide the most AMAZING experience to our patients and their parents. This role will be primarily based in one of our Denver clinic locations, where you’ll spearhead all in-person, in-clinic communications. You’ll make the first, in-person impression on a pet parent, setting the tone for what we call the Sploot Experience.
We decided to launch our network of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics as we believe that every pet deserves high quality veterinary care whenever and wherever they need it. Whether it’s a routine visit or something that “just happened and can’t wait," we’re there for our pets and their parents.
We know that great treatment must start with a happy and healthy veterinary team, and that’s the reason we set out to create a supportive, healthy, and balanced environment that enables veterinary professionals to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
* Support our Medical team members and collaborate with them in clinic to ensure we provide the absolute best care and experience possible to pets and their parents, whenever / wherever they need it
* Welcome and check in pet parents (first impressions are everything to us!) for their appointments as well as check them out, closing the loop on a paw-some experience, start to finish
*With intent, create the daily clinic schedule and own it throughout the day
*Stay cool, calm and collected when dealing with any in clinic issues that should arise
* Offer pet parents a positive, empathetic, and supportive experience to ensure they know their furry babies are being taken care of
Who You Are:
* You have at least one year of experience as a customer support representative, a veterinary professional, or in another customer-facing role
* You are a team player, and always looking to collaborate with others in the organization
* You’re excited about working with a team that is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care
* You’re as excited as we are about offering pets the best care possible whenever and wherever they need it
* You’re super organized, focused on efficiency and multi-tasking is one of your super powers
* You're eager to learn new softwares and enjoy working with technology
What Catches Our Eye:
* Experience in a customer-facing role
* Experience in the veterinary or pet care industry
What You’ll Get**:
* Competitive base pay of $19-$21/hour to start, with potential to earn increases up to $24/hour as you grow within the role and take on new responsibilities
* 401(k) Retirement with company match
* Employee Assistance Program
* Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance with a generous employer contribution
* Generous pet care benefits for your fur babies
* Two weeks of PTO to start, with more added the longer you’re with Sploot
* 10 weeks paid parental leave
* Team events and other local social activities
* Lots of Sploot swag - what can we say? Our logo looks really cool on stuff!
** For qualified candidates; benefits may vary based on experience.
