Shift: Flexible to provide coverage as needed

Summary: Administers/interprets appropriate assessment measures in order to form appropriate recommendations for the management of communication disorders. Develops/provides treatment programs for patient populations ranging from children through geriatric. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Masters Degree in speech pathology and a valid State of Ohio Speech-Language Pathology Licensure
- Must be certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), or must obtain certification:
- Within 12 months of hire for a full-time employee
- Within 18 months of hire for a part-time employee
- Possesses current BLS certification, or obtains within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to travel to satellite locations.
- Preferred: None
Physical Requirements:
- May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.
- May need to sit or stand for extended periods.
- See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
- Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
