Global Scientific Engagement Lead

The Global Scientific Engagement Leader will develop and implement i-Health’s strategy for driving awareness, recommendation, and advocacy of our portfolio of solutions in Microbiome and Women’s Health dietary supplements among the Healthcare Professional (HCP) and broader scientific community.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop HCP targeting and positioning for Microbiome and Women’s Health with extended HCP engagement team.
- Monitor performance against strategic objectives and derive learning to continuously sharpen strategy and drive effectiveness and efficiency in execution.
- Develop, maintain, and expand ecosystem of key opinion leaders, scientific experts, potential collaborators in academic sector to advise i-Health of current developments, new opportunities as well as serve as advocates for our brands.
- Develop position papers, education material on scientific and medical content regarding Company products, competitors' products, and clinical trials appropriate for Healthcare professionals.
- Serve as an independent (without commercial objectives) enabler of scientific exchange directly with healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions, and customers.
- Represent the company at medical meetings, trade shows, advisory boards, meetings at key institutions, and in interactions with Key Opinion Leaders or other medical professionals.

You bring
- Minimum 8 years of relevant technical experience and technical knowledge and skills within the Nutrition industry.
- Knowledge of industry and markets, in-depth know how about products and applications and excellent communication skills.
- Combination of practitioner and industry experience.
- Experience in (or high level of passion) for Microbiome and Women’s Health in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or OTC industry.
- Commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives and a dedication to inclusivity.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Nutrition, Biochemistry, Nutraceutical, Biotechnology.
