As a LPN at Prestige, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of nursing services to residents, charting in our EMR system, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to best serve our residents while maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment.
Needed Education & Experience to be a LPN at Prestige:
- An active LPN Certificate in the state you wish to practice

Creswell Rehabilitation is located at 735 S 2nd Street in Creswell, OR 97426. Just 15 minutes from the heart of downtown Eugene is our care center. Located along the Willamette River, Eugene has a dynamic mix of arts and culture, shopping and dining, entertainment and sports.
The beauty of Creswell Rehabilitation is the partnership and camaraderie that they have with our sister location in Cottage Grove.
