We are looking for the next Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist to join our team! This is a full-time, in-office position. Responsibilities
You will help more people hear better by providing clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include:
- Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and educate and train hearing aid users on best practices.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and cleaning.
- Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Engage in local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories.
- Understand and meet clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager.
- Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
- Ability to operate audiometric equipment and communicate test results effectively.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
- 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
