We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as Virtual Support Specialist.
The Engagement Center Support Specialist is responsible for providing inbound customer support in a contact center environment. Duties include but are not limited to answering numerous inbound phone lines, email communication, outbound follow-up calls, and system documentation. The Support Specialist will assist customers and field representatives in the US with placing customer orders, providing simple shipping updates, and answering customer questions on the client’s web portal.

- Answer phone professionally and expeditiously
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Research required information using available resources
- Transfer customer complaints accurately
- Provide customers with service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
You are a great fit if you have…
- High School degree or GED required
- Relevant experience required with 1+ years previous telephone customer service experience
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and follow up, and hardware hardwired into local home internet
- Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
- Efficient computer and data entry skills; ability to learn new systems and programs quickly
- The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic

- Associate’s or BA/BS degree
- Experience in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Ability to function effectively with other team members in a team environment
