This role involves copying and pasting information, transferring future procedure orders, future appointments, and any future action items from the EMR system to another EMR system. The project is expected to go live on October 14th, with a duration of 6 months. The successful candidate will need to handle an average of 150 patient profiles per day, totaling 25,000 patient portals.
