Interim Lab Manager Opportunity in Arizona Healthcare System
The Position
- An Interim Lab Manager is needed to oversee operations of a Core Lab for a Level I Trauma Center in Arizona.
- This role will report directly to the Director of the Lab and oversee a team of 36 FTEs.
- The Interim Manager will focus on personnel management, stabilizing the team, and leading ongoing projects. Immediate priorities include improving workflows, enhancing scheduling processes, and ensuring CAP certification readiness by January 2025.
- The ideal leader will have strong laboratory management experience, with the ability to connect with staff, address personnel challenges, and streamline operations.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous leadership experience in a lab setting required.
