The Mid Level Provider contributes to AHF's mission by delivering exceptional, nonjudgmental and inclusive clinical services to members accessing sexual health services at an AHF Wellness Center.
The Mid Level Provider is responsible for projecting and integrating the mission and core values of the organization within and outside of the Wellness Center. The incumbent works with leadership, the National Medical Director and the Public Health Division team to ensure that members seeking clinical services for sexually transmitted infections and biomedical HIV prevention services (PrEP and PEP) are provided clinically appropriate and high quality care.
The Mid-Level Provider is responsible for collecting medical histories, performing physical exams, formulating and carrying out treatment plans and evaluating laboratory tests. The position will also work closely with the AHF Pharmacy team to coordinate pharmaceutical treatment plans and help achieve medication adherence.
The Mid Level Provider contributes to the Public Health Division by fostering a patient-centered approach and commitment to collaborating with other AHF employees and departments to reinforce AHF's reputation as a trusted healthcare provider dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and upholding our organization's mission and values.
