We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Medical Group – Nampa Heart Care Clinic!
As an RN in the Nampa Heart Care Clinic, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with our Cardiologists while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness.
You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.
Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player.
About This Position
This position will be scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5pm.
The Saint Alphonsus Heart Institute, one of the leading heart care centers in Boise, Idaho has a team of heart surgeons providing award-winning cardiac and vascular surgical and non-surgical treatment. The Heart Institute offers highly trained heart specialists who treat the most common to the most complex heart conditions.
General Requirements:
RN:
- Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
License/Certification:
- Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
- Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
