Capital Regional is a 288 bed facility that serves a variety of patients including, pediatrics, NICU, cardiovascular, behavioral health, inpatient rehabilitation and bariatrics.

The ideal candidate will report to the General Manager and will:
- Oversee all day to day clinical nutrition services;
- Manage 4 dietitians, and lead and develop a diverse clinical staff including inpatient, outpatient, adult and pediatrics.
- Be responsible for executing and maintaining Sodexo standards for the Clinical nutrition programs.
- Integrate fully within our client's organization becoming a trusted adviser and member of the accounts leadership team.
- Represent the department on hospital-wide medical staff committees.
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Have a track record of proactive interaction with the medical team, and be an outstanding team player.
- Familiarity with the Nutrition Care Process a plus.
- Work to achieve continuous improvement in patient satisfaction, safety, and clinical outcome scores.
- Meet (or exceed) Sodexo standards of operations.
- Have 13 months of clinical nutrition management experience.
- Possess three years as a practitioner.
- Florida Licensure required before start date.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire. Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire.
Basic Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
Basic Functional Experience: 3 years as an experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners.
