Registered Nurse (RN) - Day/Evening - $10,000 Sign On Bonus!
We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Center for Advanced Joint Replacement. This 30-bed inpatient unit, located at our Wilmington Hospital in Delaware, specializes in the care of knee and hip replacement patients. This department requires a nurse with a strong focus on customer service, who can handle a fast pace and is willing to be flexible. Teamwork is essential in this surgical inpatient unit for elective surgery, with a primary focus on joint replacement and bariatric surgery. This unit also receives ENT & plastic surgery patients.

Requirements:
- BSN strongly preferred or required to obtain within three years.
- 6 month minimum medical/surgical RN experience required. Equivalent combination of experience will be considered.
- BLS required.
Schedule: This is a Day/Evening schedule with a combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with possible hours of:
- 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- 9 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Requires every 3rd weekend and holiday requirements per hospital requirements.
