OverviewPosition: Physical Therapist, Center Manager - Oncology/OrthoLocation: Saco Bay Physical Therapy - Westbrook, MESchedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 2-3 early start days (7 am-8 am), 2-3 days of evening finishes (6-6:30 pm), 4 day work week available (10 hour shifts)Compensation: Salary up to $100,000/yr (pending experience)Incentives: Up to $20k sign on bonusCome help lead and grow our multidisciplinary oncology rehabilitation program! With a local oncology medical group onsite, enjoy the ability to work in collaboration with premier medical oncologists, advanced practice providers, nurses and more. Caseload 10% Ortho, 90% ReVital/cancer rehab. Ideal candidates will have a passion for cancer rehabilitation; experience in cancer rehab, outpatient ortho, and lymphedema management/certification preferred. Leadership/management experience a plus. Responsibilities - Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: - Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certifiied
Preferred Qualifications: - Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
- Outpatient experience
- Lymphedema certification/experience
- Leadership/management experience
