- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Surgical Technologist in a hospital or surgical center setting. Trauma and Neuro experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment.
