Responsibilities:
Licensed Social Worker with Supervisory Experience Needed
The Assistant Director collaborates with the Director of Clinical Services in all aspects of guiding and administrating the Therapy Services for our patients. This includes serving as a therapist on assigned cases and Program Coordinator on assigned units. A special focus of the Assistant Director is gathering and submitting required data to DCS and other internal leadership teams as needed to compile required reporting. Another duty is the supervision of Therapy Staff in the absence of or in partnership with (as required) the Director of Clinical Services.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Graduate from an approved college or university with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or closely related field.
- Currently licensed as a LMSW, LICSW, LPC, ALC, or MSN in the State of South Carolina.
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated excellence in counseling and social work.
- Ability to manage clinical therapy programs and milieu.
