Now, let's talk about the amazing role you'll play:
We're searching for superstar Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates in the Hueytown area to join our team. You'll be using your top-notch skills to deliver fantastic care and create unforgettable patient experiences.
Here's who we're looking for:
- A licensed FNP or PA in Alabama with 2+ years of APP experience.
- Someone who can work independently with a supportive team behind them.
- A passion for urgent care and a love of working with a team that puts patients first.
- Someone who can build bridges between clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Great judgment on knowing when to consult a supervising physician.
- A flexible team player who goes the extra mile for patients.
- A willingness to wear many hats.
- DOT Examiners Certification is a plus but not required.
The nitty-gritty:
- Shifts will be scheduled in 12-hour increments to accommodate patient needs, with an anticipated volume of 3-4 patients per hour.
- Weekend rotation is typically every other to every 3rd weekend.
- We're open Monday through Saturday (8am-8pm) and Sundays (9am-6pm).
