Nazareth Home is seeking a LPN or RN Charge Nurse for our Rehab to Home unit at our Highlands campus.
This position is Monday through Friday 2:15pm to 10:45pm; NO WEEKENDS!

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
As an RN at Nazareth Home, you will provide nursing services to residents consistent with their comprehensive assessment and plan of care. You will maintain a homelike environment for residents. You will protect and promote resident rights. You will assist each resident to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.
THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
- Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Current CPR certification
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
- RN License (Required) or LPN License
Ability to commute/relocate:
Louisville, KY 40205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
