Your Role and Impact
Scheduling and On-call Responsibilities
- Be the heartbeat of care delivery: Manage and maintain the schedules of our caring team of Home Health Nurses, Personal Care Assistants, and Hospice Aides, ensuring clients are always supported.
- Respond with compassion: Be there for clients and staff by participating in our on-call rotation, addressing scheduling needs, and making sure no one feels forgotten.
- Empower caregivers: Keep schedules accurate and organized, so our caregivers can focus on what they do best—delivering life-changing care.
Ensuring the Highest Standards of Care
- Guardian of client well-being: Review and verify visit documentation to ensure every client receives the right care at the right time, allowing us to deliver the highest standard of service.
- Customer service that matters: Meet with clients and families to explain services, reassure them, and keep them informed about any changes in care plans. Your role will bring comfort and confidence to the people we serve.
Supporting Families and Caregivers
- Be a bridge for families: Help connect clients with the care they need by coordinating new cases with Registered Nurses and keeping communication open between families and caregivers.
- Be a caring voice: Randomly check in with clients to ensure that caregivers are providing timely and accurate services, giving families peace of mind that their loved ones are in good hands.
Behind-the-Scenes, But Essential
- Help us care for the caregivers: Work closely with Human Resources to ensure our caregivers are up-to-date on their training and compliance, so they can continue to provide top-notch care.
- Support our mission with your organization: Track payroll, attendance, and ensure schedules and reports are always accurate—because every hour a caregiver spends with a client matters.

Your Skills and Experience
- Two years of experience in home care scheduling for groups of 50 or more employees.
- Proficiency with computerized scheduling programs.
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service to clients and staff alike.
