Healthcare Food Service
Culinary Operations Manager
Be an integral part of the healing process by ensuring food quality, service, safety, and sanitation are provided for all patients or residents. Lead a goal-oriented team to create an environment that is effective and productive, and that takes pride in delivering quality service every time.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect
- Demonstrate continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer satisfaction through communication, integrity, and performance
- Take action and provide excellent customer service to correct any issues that occur
- Support team member recruiting, training, development, scheduling, and assignments
- Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members
- Manage and monitor all department sales and costs

Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of healthcare food service operations
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms
- Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
Not Required But a Big Plus
- Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
