Salary
$115,000 plus bonus

Position Summary
In this full-time role, you will provide psychiatric care to patients/residents in approximately 15 care facilities per month (within a 60-mile radius). The exact territory radius and facility types vary based on location but can be made up of a combination of nursing, group, or long-term care. Acuity levels and patient populations can all vary based on location.
Requirements
- Daily travel required
- Board Certified PMHNP license
- Ohio license
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record)
- Energetic and ambitious attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with Gerimed EMR)
