Animal Urgent Care of Bentonville is now open to provide urgent care for pets when primary care veterinarians are unavailable.
Job Description
We are looking to hire a compassionate, experienced, and qualified veterinarian to join our amazing team to ensure the highest quality of medicine is provided.
We are available for urgent care pet needs Sunday through Sunday 2pm – 10pm including weekends and holidays. Due to these limited hours, we do not hospitalize overnight and instead directly transfer to the Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of NWA for continued care. Our doctors have a wonderful working relationship with AESC for additional consultations on cases.
Our new hospital features an open floor plan with an aesthetically pleasing waiting area, 2 exam rooms with drop-down exam tables, a large treatment area, ample kennel space, and a doctor’s office overlooking treatment. We have an extensive pharmacy including topicals, orals, injectables, and controlled substances.
Our state-of-the-art equipment allows for quick diagnostic results in real-time, including Idexx in-house bloodwork, digital x-ray, and a Vscan Air portable ultrasound probe. Our staff is well-trained to assist with diagnostics, allowing you to focus on patient care.
We stay up to date with records using ezyVet software, which is user-friendly and efficient.
Daily shifts include the doctor on staff, 4 skilled technicians/assistants, and a receptionist. A sizable portion of our staff is ER trained, making delegating diagnostics and treatment plans seamless.
Animal Urgent Care of Bentonville provides our team with the space and tools they need to deliver the best service and medicine for our community!
