Exciting opportunity for an experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in northern New Hampshire. The ideal provider will have 3+ years of relevant experience and be able to work autonomously. Looking for someone who will be able to establish themselves and grow their own panel. Flexible schedule options include 5/8s, 4/10s, or something less than 40 hours/week if that is your preference. Offering a competitive compensation and benefits package as well as loan repayment through the NHSC and NH state program. Negotiable relocation and sign-on bonuses are also available.

Responsibilities:

Provide primary care services to patients
Establish and grow your own patient panel
Work autonomously while collaborating with healthcare teams

Qualifications:

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
3+ years of Primary Care experience required
Flexible schedule options available
Loan repayment program through the NHSC + the state
