The Emergency Room RN Evenings will be responsible for providing high quality care for patients in this small, but busy emergency department. Collaborating with board-certified emergency room physicians, the ED Nurse will assess, diagnose, develop a plan of care, implement the patient care plan, and evaluate all emergency room patients, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The Emergency Room RN Evenings will report directly to the ED Nurse Manager and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), working closely in coordination with hospital leadership to improve patient care outcomes and ultimately devise the best plan of care for each individual patient.
