WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Specialty Physicians of Illinois is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Homewood Family Medicine located in Homewood, Illinois. Our providers diagnose and treat medical illnesses, provide preventive care such as annual checkups and health risk assessments, and provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition, they manage chronic conditions and can refer to specialists or coordinate hospital care as needed.
WHAT WE NEED:
Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. This physician assistant will need to work collaboratively with colleagues to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve. They must display a professional skillset and be willing to build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Clinic hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible full-time schedule; no weekends or holidays
- Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day
- Telehealth offered
- Busy, established practice

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - Required
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
