Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients’ medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder.
Day in the Life of a Provider
Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
Schedule & Locations
Lynchburg/Martinsville, VA
Weekly hours: 18
Sample schedule:
Monday: 5 hours Lynchburg
Wednesday: 4 hours Martinsville
Thursday: 5 hours Lynchburg
Friday: 4 hours Martinsville
Education and Licensure Requirements
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification in state of practice.
DEA licensure in the state you are applying to work in.
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.
